"MentorAbility and Partners in Employment"

At SaskAbilities, we help businesses create inclusive work environments through MentorAbility and Partners in Employment. Our free services offer insights into workplace inclusivity and connect you with skilled job candidates.

MentorAbility: A national initiative funded by the Government of Canada, connecting employers, job seekers, and service providers through short-term mentorships. So far, MentorAbility has facilitated over 1,200 mentorships, with 93% of businesses reporting increased knowledge to support workplace inclusivity.

Partners in Employment: For over 20 years in Regina, we've supported inclusive workforce initiatives. In our last contract year, we helped over 200 people find employment and connected with over 700 employers. We offer comprehensive support for job seekers and streamline recruitment and retention processes for employers. One unique aspect of our services is job maintenance support for both employees and employers, ensuring that once you hire a Partners client, neither of you are on your own. We provide timely and appropriate support to ensure the hire is a success for everyone.
