Karla has supported hundreds of successful meetings, conferences, and social events, earning a reputation for reliability and exceptional client care. Her goal is to ensure every event feels seamless, personalized, and memorable for every guest. I am the Founder and CEO of B&Bowa’s Cleaning Services, a trusted janitorial company proudly serving commercial, residential, and industrial clients across Saskatchewan. What began in 2016 as a small family initiative has grown into a top-rated cleaning company with 45 full-time and 20 part-time team members, servicing over 150 homes and millions of square feet of commercial space every month.

My mission is to deliver consistent quality, accountability, and a customer-first experience. I am passionate about creating local employment, empowering teams through training and leadership, and raising the standards of professional cleaning in our province.
